1. Service Agreement

a. We provide residential and commercial painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting and finishing.

b. All services are subject to an initial consultation and a mutually agreed-upon contract outlining the scope of work and pricing.

2. Payment

a. Payment terms will be detailed in the contract and may include a deposit and final payment upon project completion.

b. Payment methods accepted credit cards and debit cards or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

3. Scheduling and Delays

a. Project timelines will be established and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or material availability.

b. We will make every reasonable effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.

4. Changes and Amendments

a. Any changes to the scope of work or project details must be agreed upon in writing through a formal change order.

5. Customer Responsibilities

a. Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring the safety of our workers during the project.

b. Customers must secure any necessary permits or approvals for the project if required by local authorities.

6. Warranties

a. Product warranties for paints and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

7. Liability

a. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, customers are responsible for any personal property on the premises during the project.

b. We are not liable for damages or issues related to pre-existing structural or environmental conditions.

8. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches the terms outlined herein.

9. Dispute Resolution

a. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation.
